The information below is good for all products unless otherwise noted. Most items are shipped within 24 – 48 hours of our receiving the order (this excludes weekends & holidays).

Shipping:

Free Shipping: Does my item really ship for free? No, of course not. This just means that the cost of shipping has been included in the price. Do you refund shipping charges? No. Any returned items will be refunded less the actual cost of shipping.

The shipping charges are determined by the weight of the order and the shipping destination.

Our shippers of choice are UPS, USPS Priority Mail and FedEx.

CANADA ORDERS: NOTE that any order over 4lbs you (the customer) will be responsible for paying taxes and duties.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS! You are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address. All freight carriers require a physical address. If we inure fees for shipping to a wrong address, you (the customer) will be responsible for these fees.

Pigs4Ever is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or items delivered to the wrong address. (WE have no control over your local carrier.)

You will be emailed a tracking number once the order ships and another once it is delivered. You (the customer) are responsible for tracking your order. IF there is a problem you must contact the carrier right away should there be an issue and contact us within 7 days.

Orders are shipped FOB origin; meaning that once the package is picked up by the carrier you the customer are responsible for tracking. We the seller are NOT responsible after the package has shipped.

When Will My Order Ship: Orders received on or before 5p.m. Eastern time will ship the following day. Orders received after the cut off time will ship with the following day orders. Exceptions: Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times – Most orders will arrive in 2-5 business days from the time it is shipped. Shipping methods only provide “estimates” of arrival by a certain date. We DO NOT guarantee shipping times.

Tracking:

You (the customer) will be emailed a tracking number once the order ships and another once it is delivered. You (the customer) are responsible for tracking your order. IF there is a problem you must contact the carrier right away, should there be an issue and contact us within 7 days.

NOTE: We are NOT responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen, delivered to the wrong address or delayed. We have no control over how the USPS, UPS, or FedEx chooses to handle any one package. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders and if you have a question about a lost package or one delivered to the wrong address please contact the USPS at 800.222.1811 / FedEx 1.800.463.3339 / UPS 800.742.5877.

You (the customer) are responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Don’t see your package, look around, ask neighbors and contact the carrier right away. After 7 days we will not be responsible.

Order Discrepancies and Returns

Check all orders immediately upon receipt and contact us within 5 days of delivery on any discrepancies or we cannot be responsible for errors.

If you refuse an item and it is returned to us, we will only refund the amount of the item, if you have contacted us first for authorization. Shipping costs (whether included in the cost or not) will not be refunded…only the amount of the item.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect mailing information, we will contact you through the provided email address. You have 30 days to respond with correct shipping information. If you fail to respond within the 30 days, we will consider the shipment abandoned and no refunds will be given.

30 Day Return Policy

Applies to all products except Feed.
Item must be in the original package.
Item must be in good, re-sellable condition.
You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping charges.
We do not refund shipping charges, this includes items with “free shipping”. We will refund the items minus actual shipping charges.
